damn bad luck

I ordered something for my home network that is not in kuwait

finaly i found a merchant that ship that item to kuwait , and now they sent me an e-mail ( after i payed and all ) that says

Thank you again for shopping
Your Order #XXXXXX has been SHIPPED today. You can find the tracking numbers below.

TRACKING NO: US Postal Service (CPXXXXXXXUS)

just my damn luck , UPS , now i’m going to pay extra charges and custom duty , why is UPS the only shipping company that i have to pay custom when they deliver ….

  1. Actually, it’s not UPS the shipping company it’s the United States Postal Service. US mail.
