whats is the problem with Qualitynet ? are they starting to block sites randomly ?
http://www.boingboing.net/ & http://www.retrocrush.com/ are for some reason blocked by Qualitynet
sent them an e-mail and then called , the guy taking my call said its another department and i can reach them by e-mail ….
and k.thekuwaiti want to Privatize Ministry of Communication , yeah so we can get broken service on all stuff
If MOC managed the internet … google would be banned.
