Extra Police Action

February 25, 2006

When i came home late ( as always ) i noticed that there was more police cars and more check points everywhere

I hate these check points , for some reason they look at my driving licence and then ask me to park and come , so i park , and because there are at least 5-7 cars parked i have to park 10-15 meters away , i step down from the car , i walk to them and then he had me back my licence and say goodbye

Why the hell did you stop me in the first place ? couldn’t you run the check while i was in the car ? what happened to ” POLICE IN THE SERVICE OF THE PEOPLE “

  1. It happened to me once, but I didn’t leave my car.
I really hate such attitude, that’s why I didn’t go to get my papers back.
    5 minutes later…

the guy approached me and said “tawseel?” (delivery),
I smiled back and left him for good.

because I know I didn’t do anything against the law, so I won’t bother myself by standing in the street waiting for papers or begging to get them back as some guys do.

  2. I once was stopped at a check point & the cop asked me to park coz my front window was broken. There were many cars waiting to get their tickets so when he hande me my ticket he mistakenly wrote down “expired license”. I guess this ticket must’ve been belonged to another car. So I kept my mouth shut, & the next day went to the police station to cancel my ticket since my license was still valid :)
