Well It seem this is the Time Teshkeel group is launching their Arabic comic
Which is co-written by DR. NAIF AL-MUTAWA & Fabian Nicieza ( One of the top Marvel writers I think ) Pencils by John McCrea

One thing they didn’t answer on the website , Where to get it ?
We will be releasing a character a week over the next 8 weeks. Then, at the end of March, we will be giving away a free 16 page comic online in multiple languages. In May you will be able to get an evergreen edtion at local bookstores and newsstands. This book is the first story and the back story with character bios, etc.. Then, next September, The 99 will go monthly.
