ushopweship called me and told that my DVD is held at customs and i have to either
- go get it my self
- give them 15 kd for them to get it to me
looks its back to DHL and FedX for me

according to the lady who i called she said its a new law
and you ordered Jane fonda ,, i ordered Dora the explorer
for my niece !
mark , normaly when i order with DHL or FedX they don’t charge me anything when it come to kuwait
only ones that do are UPS

what state in USA does ushopweship.com provide?
some states charge sales tax on purchases
