Gambling and highway robbery or you could call it airport shipping

Yes its gambling
you order some DVD and you gamble , it either just reach your house and you won , or it got stopped by customs and pay 10 KD ( official charges )
and its highway robbery , one of the payment was 1 KD to the ministry of finance and the bank charge you 2 KD for each payment !!
So i order 2 DVD , and 1 Book , youshopcustomhold call me
anyway i got to the airport , there are two buildings that were not there when i went there last time ( around 1997 ) and they seem to have doubled the paper work
pay a KD here , 3 there , 6 there , then to MOI office in customs , funny thing is i found some stuff there ( i’ll post pictures later)
anyway when i reached customs he tell me the paper says 3 DVD , there is 2 DVD and 1 book , and i nearly blow up in his face
and before i perform an uppercut on him he show me the manager officer , who was kind and understanding , he fliped the book ( most to check if it has some bad stuff mostly ) and stamped my paper and i was free to go
4.5 hours is the total time it took me to take out 2 DVD and 1 book from kuwait airport , if i one day own or run a company , i’m not going to get any stuff from airport , i’ll get a representative
atleast you got your stuff out. instead of my steve-o dvd i got a paper from the customs telling me they confiscated the dvd because its not suitable for children!!

على فكره .. اذكر مره وحده نادوني الجمارك .. لكني رفضت اني اروح .. وتهاوشت مع الشركه الموصله للأغراض .. لأن سعرها كان تقريبا نفس “الدي اش ال” لكن الفرق انها تبلشك مع الجمارك .. وبعد الهوشه استرجعت فلوسي .. وما اخذت اغراضي .. ولا تعاملت معاهم ثاني مره .. والشركه للأسف هي “يو بي أس”

I swear, I’ve half a mind to go to the US, order a bazillion things, then fly back home with a bazillion boxes…
