Video Chat ?

So i need to setup video Chat with someone outside Kuwait using the net whats the best and cheapest method ?
( by cheap i mean free , and best as in better than MSN live )

Any help ?

  4. ya get skype .. install in a pda , get connected anywhere and u can talk to him wherever u are .
