I’m totally sick of it , i hear it a lot , why not the USA ? or Japan ?
Well now we do something like the UAE and people are complaining
When the Ministry of Interior said they will deport expatriate that violate red traffic , there was blog posts complaining , news article ..etc
But wait , do you think we started this first ?

ABU DHABI — The Minister of Interior can order deportation of expatriate violators of the new federal traffic law and the black points system that came into effect yesterday, a senior official has clarified.
The deportation as a penalty for some cases of violation has been incorporated in the amended law on the instructions of Lt-Gen. Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Interior.
and yes thats federal , so even Dubai expatriate can be deported
So we are like UAE , be happy

They need to clarify these things.. many of the people don’t know about it..
Its find putting this law into affect but they need to really notify people.. not just a one page Ad in the three major news papers!

if you are expatriate yes they will deport you to your home country else they can’t deport you if you are Kuwaiti

im defitily with strict traffic laws
cz the amount of violations is just ridiculous!
and ppl complain waay too much!

I think you are right what people mean about they want kuwait to be like UAE is by providing Luxury like alcohol and so on. Even though I violate one traffic law and it is Over limit speeding but I dont complain.
I know I was wrong and I get what I deserve, but what to do I love Speeding

It seems the only way to decrease the number of traffic violations and the outrageous careless driving is by threatening people with such punitive measures.
Sometimes I wonder on what basis these people were given driving licenses.
