Dar AlAwadi

Dar AlAwadi is one of the newest shopping malls in Kuwait , while it looks nice and Fancy from the outside with all the nice marble and colorful exterior , from the inside you don’t find many shop , most of it close !

    This is an issue that most of Kuwait City shopping centers face. Another example is Baitik Tower which is also semi empty in the basement and the mezzanine.

    I think those buildings should have something special to attract traffic.

    because they were built when the economey was up and they assumed it would be full , now they are suffering
