I’m coining a new term , pencil Stealer !
We all heard of pencil pusher , its a person, as an office clerk, whose job entails writing, keeping records, etc. ( aka my job at the governments )
Anyway , now you ask your self , what i mean by Pencel Stealer
If you have studied in any of Kuwait Fine Universities you would have noticed them , they are the guys ( i don’t know if this happen to girls ) that always come to class with no pen or pencil , and are always looking for one to lend them one
its always like this
they see me with a bag of books
” hey forzaq8 , got any extra pen in that bag ? ”
” hey dude could i have a pen , I’ll give it back after class”
” anyone with an extra pen”
And it doesn’t stop them that its a normal class or an exam , its the same they will be with no pen or pencil
and they always take it and never return it back , i start each course with 20 pens and end up maybe 5-7 and that counting the ones i keep in my car and do not take with me to university .
If you can’t be bothered to bring a Pen to an Exam , why the hell you do expect to graduate ? why should we have high hopes of this Generation ?

Back to gambling it seem
It make me feel sad that there is no anti-Racketeering Laws in Kuwait
Time and time again it show that companies and even couple of Government agency are involved in Racketeering activities
I’ll Give one example , a recent one that happened to me , I ordered couple of Books from Amazon ( i couldn’t find them in Kuwait ) so when they reached the airport some Custom guy Take notice of them , there is nothing wrong with them , hell no women picture is on any of the books and they aren’t religious
But then get transferred to the ministry of Information , now you may say so what ? you don’t have anything to worry about ,, well wrong
Because since they transferred it to the MOI , now i have to pay Fee’s for using Kuwait Airport ( i wouldn’t pay them if they didn’t transfer them )
and this from the e-mail i got
# Clearance charges
# Delivery order stamp
# Bayan
# Bank Commission
# Global and Stamp
# Custom Dues
# Airport charges
And again with the unexplainable Bayan fee , what in god name is that crap
I wouldn’t have any problem if everyone payed all the above crap , but its not all of us , the shipment before it ( a week before it ) which had books also ,passed and i didn’t have to pay all that extra stuff ( its around 20+ they didn’t give me an estimate yes )
which is another problem , because the part of the order is worth 70 dollars , so i would find it really hard to pay same the value of the order for fees
So Stuff like new signs make me uneasy really
What would stop the police from announcing a speed of 70 and then catching everyone unaware and tell him he was speeding ? ( not like they aren’t doing it without it , but a good tool for them )

Politics shouldn’t interfere in games , i was shocked and sicked to hear that people want laws to to control what games we can buy or not
I don’t want laws requires all retailers to check ID from any child trying to buy games
I believe that Parents should take responsibility , not the government , its not freedom thing , its responsibility
ِAttacking people who are proposing the law and trying to frame it as a freedom issue is a last case , every one know we give up freedom for the children
you know what we should do , we should contact the people who are proposing this type of laws , give them an informed argument , if Video Game shops do not hide the rating then the parents should play their role , as in PARENTING

oh wait a minute ! thats in the USA !
and these are the guys that introduced the bill
But ,, But your thinking to your self ! , i thought only Islamics think that Way , that Video games are bad for children
Well wake up and move out of the pool of dung and get some information for your self
Of course others will still think only Islamists block video games and hate it , why for them the above guys may look like this

* too much been going on , Election have ended which was Kinda something new , too much activity on the net this time , from ads to smear campaigns .
* I was on a play in University , the prof said it was great , but the general feeling among most actors ( that were in the play ) is that of major suckage , but that what you get for doing a play with 1 full rehearsal
* Exams Exams and more Exams , finals are drawing near , which would mean less blogging for also for a while :p
* I got attacked by some bloggers , its great to see how some people view you and make up shit as they go for the sake of attacking , but o well ,, typical Kuwait life i guess .
* I believe i have became a gadget junkie , just looking at my office in my room reveal too many things ,, ( why the hell i have a boxed CD Walkman ?!?!? ).
* Exzombie is a gossip girl , i have no idea why he had to post that i talk with him on skype , like we need to give ideas to people.
* I have ordered many books ( some are online comics reprints ) from Amazon , and i hope they get to kuwait by the time i finish my exams , and i do hope it doesn’t get stopped by the customs ( as always ) .
* I can never understand some people , why write full paragraph in Arabic l77t ? ( Arabic using English words and numbers ) i used to use that but only in 3 places ,, ICQ , Mirc and Msn messenger aka instant chat programs , why write it in message boards / forms / blogs ? either write in Arabic with Arabic letters or write in English with English letters .
* speaking of random stuff , does this logo look like a middle finger ?

* Its too much dusty outside
and i’m bored
how bored ? this bored
* Just saw the interview on Alrai TV with two Bloggers , one big disaster … clearly there is a schism in blogger community , and i have no idea how to repair it ..
Should Kuwait blog start to call every blogger and remind them we have a community ? don’t they read the safat ?
* Using a 32Inch LCD TV as a PC monitor wasn’t a good idea
* My Eye hurt , and i don’t know if its from the TV or the dust outside
* I need a fake beard and a Sun / Moon Custom , any idea where to get those items ?
* I was riding with a friend in his car , and he has his Ipod on shuffle , and we got U2 ” its a beautiful day ” , then Will smith ” its here and i like it ” , and then Sting ” Brand new day ” I’m thinking that Ipod was a bastard , more proof that Apple = Devil
