\nyou order some DVD and you gamble , it either just reach your house and you won , or it got stopped by customs and pay 10 KD ( official charges ) <\/p>\n
and its highway robbery , one of the payment was 1 KD to the ministry of finance and the bank charge you 2 KD for each payment !!<\/p>\n

\npay a KD here , 3 there , 6 there , then to MOI office in customs , funny thing is i found some stuff there ( i’ll post pictures later)
\nanyway when i reached customs he tell me the paper says 3 DVD , there is 2 DVD and 1 book , and i nearly blow up in his face
\nand before i perform an uppercut on him he show me the manager officer , who was kind and understanding , he fliped the book ( most to check if it has some bad stuff mostly ) and stamped my paper and i was free to go<\/p>\n
