i bought a DVD as a present for someone and had it shipped with DHL , now DHL is more expensive than other carriers but that was okay i was in a bit of hurry for that present
\nthey gave me an Estimated Arrival as October 12, 2007
\nso i check Amazon Tracking and its says

funny thing ,, today DHL came to deliver it ( October 16 , 5 days after it got to Kuwait and 4 days late from estimate ) , not only late but they demanded 5 KD extra , for what ? they claim Bayan Fee and when i asked for a paper for that Bayan fee , at first they claim its the custom , and when i check the custom paper it says ? ” \u0645\u0639\u0641\u0649 \u0645\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0633\u0648\u0645 ” aka Exempt , so i demand to know what is that extra 5 KD , he call someone on his mobile who claim its an extra tariff’s i tell them I’m not paying anything extra for the hell of it , its not on an official paper , its just DHL invoice that say 5kd Bayan Fee ,, i could print one at my house and say ;

\n40 KD Shamiya Fee
\n30 KD Jarah Fee<\/p>\n
