People been talking a lot about strikes in Kuwait , but i noticed many false information , and since as always the government is the worst defense attorney
I would like to present some Information

الناس وايد يتكلمون هالايام عن الاضرابات بالكويت و لاحظت وايد معلومات مغلوطه حبيت اصحح بعض المعومات

* Reagan Fired all Air Controllers because they went on Strike why not do it in Kuwait
ريغان طرد المراقبين الجويين لانهم دخلو في اضراب ، ليش ما نطرد المضربين بالكويت

Reagan Did Fire ALL Air Controllers who went on strike , but before we brandish this as a way to solve the current strikes you need to remmber these thing
-They have a LAW called Taft-Hartley Act [Wiki Link] that does state that the president of the United States can stop a strike in case on national Emergency
-The Transportation Secretary established a plan that returned flights

نعم ريغان طرد كل المراقبيين الجويين المشاركين بالإضراب ، بس قبل ما نعتقد ان هذا هو الحل لمشاكلنا لنتذكر الاتي
– لديهم قانون تافت هارتلي و الذي يمنح رئيس الولايات المتحده الامريكية السلطة في انهاء الاضراب في حالة اضراره بالامن القومي
– وزير النقل الامريكي كان لدية خطة لمواجهه المضربين و تم تنفيذها و التي ادت الي جهوزية الطيران في وقت قياسي

* Why can’t we do that in Kuwait ?
– WE have no laws that deal with strikes ( either Banning or giving your the right to strike , very ambiguous)
– We never Have a backup Plan ( This is Kuwait after all )

* لماذا لا نستطيع ان نفعل نفش الشيء في الكويت ؟
– ” لا يوجد لدينا قوانين في الكويت تنضم الاضراب ” لا منعه و لا تقنينه
– ” لا يوجد لدينا اي خطة بديلة ” و الدليل الحالة البائسه التي مررنا بها لإضراب الجمارك
