لاحظت مؤخرا ان هناك من يلوم التأخير في بناء الجامعه علي قانون منع الاختلاط ،
لا اناقش صحته من عدمها ولكن القول انه من اسباب التأخير هو كلام غير صحيح

معلومه بسيطه توضح هذا

قانون منع الاختلاط : قانون 24 لسنه 1994
قانون انشاء الجامعه ( الميزانيه ) : قانون 30 لسنه 2004

اتوقع 10 سنوات تكفي لفهم القانون و المتطلبات لتنفيذه

Lately i have noticed people blaming the delay in the Kuwait University Building on The Segregation law ( Male and female in separate classes )
not a discussion if its right or not , just the point that is responsible for the delay is very much nonsense

Just a small information that would make you understand why this is total nonsense

Segregation law : law 24 for the year 1994

The law for construction of new University ( with the budged and all ) : Law 30 2004

I assume 10 year is enough to understand the law
